Vandaag was het zover: mijn vijfde DNA talk is gepubliceerd op de Naturalis kanalen! Dit keer gaat het over DNA barcoding: wat bedoelen wetenschappers daar precies mee? En hoe passen wij dit toe in onze onderzoeken naar amfibieën? Deze video vormt een introductie over deze methode. Samen met een aantal van studenten van ons gedreven team, leg ik je meer uit over het herkennen van exotische amfibieën aan de hand van DNA barcodes!
